Dr. Rey Runtgen Martin “Reyron” L. Del Rosario is a Filipino peace diplomacy and innovation leadership advocate. He is also a business entrepreneur, publicist, author and educator.
His name is defined as follows: (1) Rey comes from the Spanish word which means “King”; (2) Runtgen was derived from Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen, a German mechanical engineer and physicist; (3) Martin came from Martín de Porres Velázquez OP, was a Peruvian lay brother of the Dominican Order who was beatified in 1837 by Pope Gregory XVI and canonized in 1962 by Pope John XXIII- the patron saint of mixed-race people, barbers, innkeepers, public health workers, and all those seeking racial harmony.
“Famous New York Mets manager Casey Stengel once said, “Finding good players is easy. Getting them to play as a team is another story.” Mr. Del Rosario’s book about “Pinoy Leadership Innovation” demonstrates just that — true Filipino leaders must not merely gather good people, but also transform them into a cohesive unit that can and will produce sustainable and innovative projects and ideas.” - Former US Ambassador to the Philippines H.E.
